About Us
Gizem Özmen
Gizem Özmen graduated from Istanbul Technical University Department of Architecture, and completed her master’s degree at Yaşar University. Her professional experience across architecture, urban design and interior architecture in Istanbul, Melbourne and Izmir was complemented by her academic involvement in architectural education at Yaşar University. In 2018, she established her own architectural practice, focusing on residential, workplace and hospitality projects. Her design approach places functionality, thoughtful planning and the realities of everyday life at its core, while seeking to disrupt simplicity through bold material combinations and details. Since 2025, she has continued her practice as co-founder of Studio Yüziki.
Sidal Tüfekçi
Sidal Tüfekçi graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Archiecture, where she also completed her Master's Degree in Architectural Design. After gaining experience at architecture and interior design practices in Istanbul, she established her own architectural practice in 2015, focusing on residential, workplace and hospitality projects. Her design approach seeks to create a timeless language through expressive materials, distinctive details and references from different periods, bringing them together within a cohesive whole. Since 2025, she has continued her practice as co-founder of Studio Yüziki.
